| Aaron Perez grew up in the business world of Las Cruces. Being a descendent of Dicks Café requires him to know many people and to know a lot about Las Cruces. Growing up in the restaurant business, he started working in 1993, at the age of 12 bussing tables and helping out what needed to be done around the restaurant. Then about three years later dedicated himself in helping his parents open another project that has been quite the success, Chilitos Restaurant on Valley Drive. Working at two restaurants by the age of 15, he has been non-stop since.
Aaron, born and raised in Las Cruces, graduated in the class of 2000 at Las Cruces High School. Then attended New Mexico State University for two years until he decided to get his Real Estate license. After the Real Estate Licensing was complete, Aaron Spent a year and half working for the largest real estate firm in Las Cruces. THen in 2003, his parents asked him to help in the start and completion of the new Chilitos Restaurant on Foothills Road. He quit the real estate business to help his parents complete and successfully open this new project that they had taken on. Now with the busy lifestyle of re-attending NMSU seeking a Bachelors of Business Administration and Economics, and helps manage both of the Chilitos Restaurants, he is ready to once again aknowledge his career as a Real Estate Agent. He loves and keeps up with the Real Estate Market in Las Cruces. Even in the time he has been away from selling real estate, he has kept up with the newly developing areas and the quickly developing areas of Las Cruces and the surrounding communities.
